Phenomenal realtor!

This is the 4th time we worked with Sean - he sold my house and my (then) boyfriend’s house, helped us buy one together, and finally helped us get it sold when we relocated to Chicago. Sean is a true pro - he knows the area, the trends in real estate, has tons of contacts to help get things done when prepping a house for sale, he always keep us up-to-date on things and was always available to answer any questions we had. One of our favorite extras that Sean would do was to send us a list of key dates so we always knew deadlines and timeframes. There are so many moving parts when buying and selling houses, and so much to keep track of - working with an incredibly organized and efficient realtor like Sean made the process easy and seamless. I should also point out that this last sale was part of a company relo, so Sean had to work with a 3rd party company that required him to jump through more hoops than usual, and he did so with grace. We highly recommend Sean, and will certainly work with him again if we find ourselves moving back to Austin.
