Truly world-class experience with Sean Harden Realty

We selected Sean because of his excellent reviews on sites like realtor.com and his location on Google, so naturally our expectations were high, but Sean still managed to impress us.

Sean provided a data-driven approach to setting expectations with us, showing us his performance and the overall state of the market, which immediately stood out to us as a clear indicator that he really brought value over the average realtor.

But even in person, Sean is excellent to work with. Excellent communication, any time we needed to speak, sometimes even fairly late (sorry about that!). Always positive, always encouraging.

Fantastic effort to get our house sold too. Frequent open houses, even on his busy weekends. He worked with us to make sure the property looked it's best, and kept up to date with market trends while we were selling.

If there was any complaint, or suggestion, that I might have for Sean, I would out it here. But I don't. Truly top-tier results from an expert realtor. I will absolutely be recommending Sean to anyone in the area, and am so glad we got to work with him.
