We recently were on the market to sell our home and upgrade. We worked with Sean for 6 months to find the right opportunity. That opportunity came along and we found “the house”! By close Sean had negotiated a new roof on the house we we’re buying and we had money to spare for other home improvements. It was such a win! Sean also took care of the sell of my home. With his help we were on the market and sold within one weekend, all offers received were over asking. Not sure you’d need another reason but if you do, Sean is well connected in Austin. If you need a contractor (roof, paint, a great lender *Preferred Rate*, etc.) he has you covered with honest people just like him. 

Sean is the GOAT when it comes to Realtors in the Austin Area! I’m so happy we were able to work together and will refer him for years to come.
